Golf ball descriptions: high and low spin?

Explain this to me.
Does this mean low spin off the driver or lower spin on the short irons?
I want low spin off the driver and high spin off short irons. I also have a low ball flight naturally which makes me a bit longer on my drives but less accurate on firm fast greens. I’m looking for a ball that will hold the greens better. Currently playing the ProVx but contemplating the Srixon Z Diamond.

If you hit it low, presumably you’re already not generating much spin off the driver. You might benefit from the Regular Pro V1 which would spin slightly more off the driver than the v-1X, but would also give you slightly more spin on the irons and wedges.
However, per Titleist, the V-1X is high launch/low spin off the driver.
Have you gotten on a launch monitor to see what’s actually going on?

Incorrect, the ProV1 spins less and launches lower than the X

Every brand has an equal quality low and high spinner. I usually choose the high spinning ball because like you, I have a low ball flight with my driver. But I need the extra spin for approach shots because I can’t quite get enough to generate action on the ball. It’s probably in my head though. Any new ball I can get the spin I need.

Try the new Titleist AVX balls.

Incorrect, they both spin sideways and go in the water just piss you off for losing a $5 golf ball!
