Any must play courses on the way from BR to Birmingham?

I don't want to drive more than 30 minutes off the route there. I know Dancing Rabbit in Philadelphia is nice and ab 40 minutes extra but anyone know of a semi private/ public course along the way maybe near Meridian or even Hattiesburg?
