The las olas area is nice. Lots of clubs and bars. Scarletts, cheetah or diamond dolls are solid skrip clubs in/around the loddy doddy.

I went to Ft Lauderdale on my bachelor party a few years ago. My group wasn't really in to "clubbing" so mostly went to random bars on Las Olas BLVD around the house we rented. Went to YOLO, spent our fair share of time at the Elbo room, spent a night at Scarletts...Tap 42 has good bar food. We rented a boat and went around the canals and down the river to Tiki Tiki. If you rent a boat, you can find random sandbars that a lot of folks tie up to.
