I would think Duke has a pretty solid set of paperwork....one would think
Yes they do and Miami is willing to pay the $10mil buyout
The great part is that in the 2 years of the expanded playoff, we've seen teams outside of the top 4 make it to the semis/ final.

2024 top 4 rankings (using CFP final ranking not seeding)
Oregon-Georgia-Texas-Penn State
Semifinals
#5 ND vs #4 Penn St & #6Ohio St vs #3Texas

2025
Indiana-Georgia-Ohio St-Texas Tech
Semifinals
#10 Miami v #6 Ole Miss & #5 Oregon vs #1 Indiana

More from out of the top 4 than from inside of it advanced to the semis.

Hopefully next year will bring 16 teams with all top 8 teams playing a home game in the first round.
WHY would we want our coaches to be spending their time at Ole Miss another 10 days? And even more importantly why in the HELL would we want Ole Miss to succeed ??? And dont give me this "root for the conference" bullshite.

If they lose to Georgia, we prob have Lacy on campus today

Any time I hear Tab it brings me "back to the future"
Try any of the Osprey Ultralight products. They're fantastic.
Home dogs are on a 9-4 SU and 11-2 ATS streak including a 3-0 mark last season. 8 of the last 9 have been wild card games and those teams are 5-3 SU and 6-2 ATS

BUT….

Home teams that won 1 or 2 more games than their visiting opponents and are favored by 3 points or fewer are 13-20 SU and 12-21 ATS

an all-time great QB season

Passing Yards: 4,707 (47th all time)
Passing Touchdowns: 46 (7th all time)
Interceptions: 8 (List stopped a 25 with 7)
Completion %: 64.9% (List stopped at 250th)
Passer Rating: 109.2 (33rd all time)
All this while playing 1 extra game than the other guys you're comparing him to

It seems to me they moved the goalpost post to exclude Drew from the MVP in those two years. 2009 He had fewer yards than Peyton because he sat out the last game of the season (112 yards), one more TD than Peyton (34), higher passing completion % (70% - 68%), less interceptions (11 to 16), higher QB rate (110 to 100), Peyton was sacked less than Drew (20 to 10), Peyton was 14-2 and Drew 13-3.

So in 2009 they valued Yards, Sacks, and W/L record more than TD’s, Interceptions, completion percentage and passer rating.

In 2011 Drew had more yards than Rodgers (883 yards), Drew was sacked less than Rodgers (24 to 36) Rodgers was 15-1 and Drew was 13-3. Drew had one more TD (46), Drew had a higher passing completion % (71% - 68%), Rodgers had higher QB rating (122 to 110), and less interceptions (14 to 6)

So in 2011 they valued W/L, QB Rating and Interceptions more than Yards, TD’s, Completion%, Sacks.

The only common denominator in 2009 and 2011 that the two winners shared over Brees was the Win/Loss record. Drew should have won in 2011 if 2009 was the standard, or he should have won 2009 if 2011 was deemed the metric.
Got my new homeowners invoice this morning and it was a $3k increase to $10k. Would be a good reason to leave if I was on the fence. No claims since a small one for Ida in 2021. Just absurd.
Turning XLIV and the old NO Center space into a boutique has been on the table for a LONG time. When Gayle bought into Hyatt in 2019 this was a real hot topic but obviously has gone by the wayside.
5th seed (win + Texans loss) to face Baltimore/Pitt
Currently 6th
7th seed (loss + Bills win) at New England

Nope. But what the Rams really got screwed on was the illegal man downfield on the goaline TD pass in the 1st half.

An ineligible player is not illegally downfield if, after initiating contact with an opponent within one yard of the line of scrimmage during his initial
charge

a. he moves more than one yard beyond the line while legally blocking or being blocked by an opponent;

b. after breaking legal contact with an opponent more than one yard beyond the line of scrimmage, he remains stationary, moves laterally, or moves toward his own goal line until a forward pass is thrown

Apparently he was the reason the DL guys weren’t signing

He told them hold out until lsu gave him an on field coaching position

Verge kicked him out of Football Ops.

Not just the executive side. Lots of the support staff work for both.

Week of Mardi Gras, the airfare is under $100 nonstop from NOLA. Not bad

I really dont see how the NO Bowl will make it past this year. They lost R & L as the sponsor. Dont have a real TV draw with conference affiliation and its on a Tuesday afternoon at 4:30 pm
Spurs team is legit even without Wemby.
