It’s funny how as I get a bit older I start appreciating some singers/ bands much more than I did as a youngster.
The Righteous Brothers recently caught my attention while watching some old Ed Sullivan performances from the 60s. They are one of the original examples of blue eyed soul. These two voices together produce an incredibly beautiful sound.
Interesting fact: According to BMI “You’ve Lost that Loving Feeling” was the most played song on radio and television in the 20th century.

I saw Bill Medley by himself open for Alabama back in the mid 80's and no doubt he had a very good singing voice. I'm not even that big a country music fan but I really did enjoy his performance

You should check out the O’Jays and the Isley Brothers.

This has got to be one of tGOAT TV performances. Those high notes at the end are incredible.
