In the Senate this November because if the dims get more seats they will pack the court. This overturning they'll go at it again with a stacked deck

If they let gas get much higher (could be $10 in Cali by the election), they have to be worried about holding the Senate.
I think the House is gone, mules and Dominion notwithstanding.
However, never underestimate the ability of Republicans to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory, especially in the U.S. Senate.

Outside of potential election fraud there's no reason to believe the GOP won't take the Senate. We have outperformed numerous times over the past 30 years (especially in midterms) and all the signs are there.
