ARE FREAKING CRAZY BRO!!!!
Public Service Commissioner is a JOKE!
Cox Communications (And other providers) gets to charge a significant less price for underserved areas and in 70808 $90.00 is the minimum for shite internet! Isn't that racist, or price gouging!
Entergy tacks on a surcharge after Katrina to rebuild the grid, it collapses into the river in New Orleans during Ida and now these super High rates!
WTF! What a joke this Public Service Commissioner Position is! All they do is roll around and try and get votes for the next gig!

Hyperinflation will make the average bill about $1500 a month by the end of the year.

I hate to go here, because I tend to post using casual language and punctuation myself at times.
However, a simple edit would have improved your credibility (and therefore the advocacy of your message) tremendously.
The title gets a pass, but it isn't a complete sentence. The lead in is also not a complete sentence, all caps and like the title, couples with an exclamation. WHY ARE YOU SHOUTING, BRO?
Next line is okay with the capitalized JOKE with an exclamation, again double emphasis, but probably okay.
Now on to the meat.
Should be "significantly" and I would even say "lower" as opposed to "less" because "less price" is nonsensical language.
You literally ended every statement in your post with an exclamation. That's poor style. On top of that, WTF is a question.
If you focused your passion and cleaned up some of these issues, it would be more effective, IMHO.

Call them and argue the price down. I do it every time they try to raise it on me.
You may be surprised how they'll work with you if you tell them you're going to pull the plug on their services.

Have the rates really gone up or are you using more energy?

You should solar panel your house and replace your a/c unit with ductless units

Not if you’ve ever actually tried to disconnect services.
Its worse than one of those time share presentations they get you to sit through by offering a free stay somewhere. Passed off to 3 different people who act like a high school girl being broken up with.

A good first step to this would be to allow for competition to enter the state. Thankfully I'm on a co-op and I get better rates than what Entergy provides

Your coop either buys from Entergy or Cleco both of which use Entergy transmission who gets paid via the MISO market which is where your bill ends up as well.

Buy a $100,000 Electric Ford F-150 and run your house off of it.
