Ice packs, lidocaine patches, and occasional Mobic (as little as possible). I went see ortho doc after 2 injections at the ortho urgent care. He said to come back next time it flares up bad and he will determine if my pain is from the AC joint or a mild cuff tear I have that showed up on the MRI. He’s leaning towards arthritis over cuff since it’s a small tear. I really hope that’s the case because we’re looking at a 3-4 day recovery vs 4-6 week recovery.

The daytime pain sucks but I can handle it. What really sucks is nighttime, it always gets worse when I lay down and sleep which is really effecting my sleep.
Any of yall ever paid using PYUSD? I see they’re accepting that as a form of crypto now. Would save a step of converting it like I have been.

Sounds extremely overpriced :lol: Pretty sure they’re using the same raws that people are getting from China for 1/10 the price.

Eh. I checked them out. They’re actually better priced than most others out there. Still 5x markup.

Week 1 of Benchamin in the books. Totally different style than i’m used to but I’m really enjoying it so far. Just hoping my shoulder hangs in there for 4 weeks. Terrible AC joint arthritis that I’m hopefully getting fixed later this year.

When doing accessories and cardio. Should I be nearing failure at the end of those sets? Still tuning in the weights I need to be using for these.

Cardio section is no joke, it’s the most I’ve sweated at the gym in a while :lol:

Now For myself. Im more focused on upper body strength right now. How would yall rank these on which to try next. Arm farm, FOTH, and elbow meat?
Hey guys. I Recently got into PPSA and I’m doing Benchamin part 1 but now my wife is interested in a dumbbell program. Would you start her with 1 or 2? For those who have done both, which would you say is more geared towards women? Her setup includes power blocks and an adjustable bench. Thanks.

Marcelo’s is top notch and I’d highly recommend.

I’m not a big pasta guy but wife loves it so we go. I usually get the filet, which is incredible.

Very few of them out there are knowledgeable on current TRT protocols, so unless you get lucky, I would prepare myself for a q14 200mg prescription. If that’s the case, split that into at least 2 doses and inject weekly (at a minimum). But get your lab and see how he responds first.

I recently got a new PCP and he was fine with ordering my 200mg a week dose I had been taking. Most don’t require that much though. You may be fine with 100mg/wk, if not, keep drawing labs and titrating up 20mg per increase.

Best thing you can do is educate yourself on TRT and lab results. Do not let him freak you out about elevated E2 or Hematorit, both will increase and is perfectly normal. Very very few people need a aromatase inhibitor from TRT dosage so I would not touch one unless really warranted.

Just my opinion after a few years of TRT.


I’m really surprised is 1-1 at this point. USA can’t get any offense going at all.
