Its Bulgarian made by Arsenal. Its good stuff but I haven't been keeping up with the price of X39 since I have a good supply so no idea if the price is in line with the market or not.

Don't know, but at $0.35/rd made in Bulgaria with sealed primer and neck I'm a buyer. Picking up a few hundred.
