I can’t believe we’re almost there. With my focus being on it, the WC will rapidly sneak up on us, then all of a sudden it’s Christmas/NY’s. Point being, the rest of this year will fly by.
Anyway, which team do you think has made the best transfer adjustments this summer (and why is it Tottenham)? Have you been satisfied or dissatisfied so far?

Have you learned the difference between a winger and a 6 yet?

Haha touché. I licked my wounds.

I’m curious to see City after their roster shake up.

Curious about them too. Losing Zinchenko and GB isn’t much, but having Haaland terrifies me.

If City stay healthy, they walk the league this year. Liverpool got younger up top but Mane is a class player and it will hurt to lose him. Chelsea will miss Rudiger. Koulibaly Is a good player but I've seen him have some real bad lapse with Napoli in the past 2 years. Spurs, Arsenal and United will be fighting for 4th again.

Sterling, Zinchenko, Fernandinho (the captain) and Jesus is a pretty big shakeup.

I'm afraid it's going to end in disaster.
Gabriel Jesus and Zinchenko were very solid last year, especially down the stretch. City don't win the title without either of them.
I'm not saying the players that came in are terrible and can't be better than those they replaced, but it's going to take a while (see: Grealish).
If you put a gun to my head, I would say City are a good 10 points shy of Liverpool (if Liverpool are as good as they have been last several years).

I guess we are more critical of the teams we support.
