Pain is necessary for growth. Everything Democrats support is a shortcut.

Without consequences for poor behavior, there is no incentive for people to behave responsibly. Whether that be governments, banks, students, people on welfare, criminals, etc.
We can't grow and get better without the muscle memory from having to learn hard lessons. Every Democrat policy is about eliminating this step, and th4 government stepping in artificially to take care of it themselves (on the backs of the people who did it the right way).
Therefor, the Democrat party is inherently anti-growth. And quite literally the opposite of progressive. They are regressive in every way imaginable.

IDK man, for 10,000 years are so there we’re only two genders…those badasses created 70 more recently. That’s not easy.

I phrase it as “everything the democrats support is to avoid consequences.”
I definitely consider myself a compassionate person and believe in second and third chances outside of violence against others, but when you look at all their social policy, it’s to make sure that people don’t suffer for their personal sexual, family, or financial decisions.

Good post. In my experience, there's a right way and an easy way to do things. Much more often than not, those 2 ways are mutually exclusive.

"Sorry, I'm not going to provide fish and bread for anyone, that would be a shortcut."

Jesus was private sector. He could provide anything he wanted to anyone he wanted. I would add, he could have taken the shortcut and not endured the passion and crucifixion, but he knew it wasn't the way.

Pretty sure that was for a sermon, not a crutch for them to lean on their entire lives.

I missed the part in the Bible where Jesus was demanding the Roman Empire to feed the poor? It was probably right after the part he applauded the tax collector for taking peoples money. Jesus was definitely a socialist…

Jesus quite literally started flipping tables and whipping merchants trying to set up shop in a temple, he was anything but private sector.
There are plenty of stories from the Bible of helping the poor by any means necessary, regardless if their suffering was self inflicted.

I didn't say he was a capitalist.
He advocated for every individual to help others, not rely on earthly government interventions which are doomed to fail in the long run.

yeah frick all that. religion has y'all fricked up, you seriously think life is about pain and suffering, you want it to be as hard and awful as possible (for other people) because you think its a virtue. we get one life down here, thats it, it shouldnt be some kind of tough man contest to see how much you can endure.
know what makes a happy life? happiness.
know what makes a miserable life? misery.
I dont have any loans but Im glad Biden did this, Im happy for the people it helps, not everything is about me.
