NFL Network has the game. If you don't have that then NFL+ supposedly will have it to stream.

ETA: my experience with NFL+ was not positive on a previous occasion.

Call your cable company, say you want to cancel your service, you'll get transferred to retention, they'll ask why you are cancelling, say you only have cable for football, they will give you a sports package with NFL network and sec network for free and as a curtiousity knock a few bucks off your current bill.
