Great input

And unless you’re a 17 year old girl stop saying literally when it’s in no way needed

Sick burn bro, love your feedback on the course as well. Literally riveting.

6/10. Greens are decent.

Lakewood is one of the oldest courses in the metro area. Not sure how any true golfer hasn’t heard of that course.

I believe they hosted a tour stop back in the day? Great greens and decent track for the price.

They held the tour event long ago before ET got it. They old layout was better but not much they could do after Katrina. For the price it’s legit and there are spurts where the course is in really good shape.

Played it yesterday in a fund-raising 4 man scramble tourney.

Fairways and greens in good shape, albeit very dry due to lack of rain over last month.

Very "open" course, not many trees between fairways. Rough is kind of thick.

Houses line some of the course perimeter; a hook could end up in someone's back yard.

A few holes have those longer sand bunkers that aren't sandy per se, looks more like red clay dirt. Thankfully none of us wound up in one of those.

Way too much pampas grass "clumps" along edges of fairways; every one of our foursome lost a ball in them at one point.

And the clubhouse is very basic and not nice at all, I think it is actually a warehouse-like big metal building.

Haven’t played in awhile but was a member years ago. Loved the old school track and greens were always really good. I’m interested in how it is now as well.
