I’d be trading out either Henry or Barkley.
1 PPR standard, rest of my RBs are Barkley, Henry, CMC, Carter. Receivers are AJ Brown, Higgins, Pittman Jr, London, Aiyuk, DJ Moore

How do you have Barkley, Henry, and CMC? That being said I would probably not entertain the trade unless I was a fringe team. What are you in the standings ?
I do think James Connor could have a great rest of the year fantasy wise but you seem already set up and would really only be helping opponents

I’d ride what you got. You can flex 3 top 5 backs and if one were to get hurt you would be kicking yourself if you traded one of them. I also think CMC will take some touches away from Deebo and if you made that trade you would also hold two 9ers players which isn’t ideal
