I had almost forgotten about it but UPS dropped it off first thing this morning.
With my limited usage so far I'm happy. Build quality feels nice, controls feel good and the configuration is easy. The function buttons pop up the menu quick and make switching profiles quick and easy.
I'll have to use it more but I like it so far. Yes it is overpriced like the XBOX Elite and Scuff etc. but other than the price the only things I can really complain about are only 2 back buttons and no hall effect joysticks, though the replaceable ones are neat.
I think Hogwarts will be my first big test since I think the PS5 version has some extra content.

Heavier than the standard. Feels like it weighs about the same as an Xbox Elite Series 2.
Feels solid and good in the hand.

I always wondered if the Elite (and now Edge) make sense for someone who doesn't play FPS games?
I mean, I guess it'd be helpful mapping "sprint" to a paddle for Souls games, but if I play mostly RPGs, I wonder if it'd be overkill?

My biggest use is to remap anything from the right/left stick click. I hate when I'm trying to move quickly and accidentally melee or whatever.
It can also be nice to use to pull up a radial menu while still having thumb on stick. With the quick profile changes you can have a different profile for foot combat and mounted combat for example. It just depends on your play style and likes/disliked, they aren't necessary but can be nice, especially for complex games.
