Any of you deal with this in your knee? I have it in my left knee and it’s really starting to effect my workouts, even to the point it’s getting uncomfortable to do light weights for my leg workouts. Any suggestions would be appreciated as to how you’ve managed with it in your knee.

Some anti-inflammatories and rest will be your best bet.

Definitive treatment is surgery to remove the OCD.
