I’ve seen it as a celebration dance.
Players feign pulling a hammy and being hurt then do this silly little booty pop and laugh and joke like they fooled everyone. Pretty funny.

Ja’Marr Chase broke out this celly in the Dome this year.
Ironically, he actually did fracture his hip on that play, but did not fully realize it and start sitting out games until a few weeks later.
