If OKC and Chicago get in the playoffs do our pick slot move up 2 spots or does it go by record no matter what?

Pretty sure it's based on final regular season record. There is no carryover to the play-in.

the thunder and bulls records are worse than ours so if they make the playoffs, they are out of the lottery, increasing our lottery odds
