Nonwhite Republicans

Came across this today eventhough its from 2018.
Interesting to see which districts would be Republican if no white people voted. Louisiana apparently is so Republican in some areas that even nonwhites voted Republican in 2018.
South Louisiana ouside NOLA/Jefferson/River Parishes, Florida panhandle, Northern Alabama, East Tennessee, etc. would still be Republican

But NOLA will always be turning their cheatin election results last and voting illegal the voter rolls that are never cleaned up and we get stuck with Dem govenors.

How about one where only white male property owners voted or heck one with just property owners period.
