Case in point - we have a mentally ill POS down the street from me. He's assaulted women, assaulted men (on video) and the cops arrest this dbag often.......only for the DA to toss the charges or negotiate them down to nothing with his other charges. Our HOA has since met with the City to determine if they can literally ban him from the neighborhood :lol:
