I’m in woeful need of a RB and have a potential trade partner. 12 team superflex.

Give: A. Richardson, Lazard, 2024 3rd
Get: S. Barkley, 2023 2.08

My QBs are Allen, Herbert, and Mac Jones. RBs are Pierre Strong and Foreman.

No way I would do that trade.

Barkley may hold out for some/all of the season if you believe his recent comments.

Richardson could actually outproduce him as far as being a rusher goes. If you absolutely want to trade a QB, is there a market for Herbert that would net you a better RB?

I wouldn’t touch Barkley right now

Hm. What about if I could swing Herbert and Zay Jones for Walker and Javonte or 2024 1st?

Without knowing what else is out there and who needs an upgrade at QB, I'd say those RBs are a lot more desirable than Barkley...at least at this point.

You do not give up a potential dynamite QB in a superflex dynasty league for Saquon Barkley who just might pull a LeVeon Bell in a month and a half. Even if he doesn't Richardson is off the table IMO. You took him in the 1st for a reason, and it wasn't to trade him for a 6th year running back who hasn't matched his rookie season.

This deviates pretty far from consensus, especially the Javonte take.
Per Keeptradecut, Saquon is dynasty RB6, while Walker is RB9 and Javonte is RB15

I’d say Javonte is more likely to miss time than Saquon this year
