Kalahari, if only for the indoor aspect in this 105 degree summer. Alot more stuff for the 11 year old to do there as well. Unless you're playing golf, I'd definitely go with Kalahari.

Hyatt HC is worn down.
JW SA is pricey but worth it.

They were renovating rooms in late 2022. Not sure what the progress is on that.
