What are the chances of us ending up in this bowl? I'm really not feeling the 10 AM kickoff and plus the potential of facing either an Iowa, Michigan State or Northwestern team

I'd rather the Chick-Fil-A bowl.

New Year's Eve NIGHT game and presents a matchup with either a Va Tech, Fla State or Ga Tech more than likely.

Why are Iowa, Michigan State or Northwestern teams more daunting than the ones we potentially face in the peach bowl? I like LSU's chances in either bowl game.

New Year's Eve NIGHT game

didn't Chick-Fil-A get moved to day game? Also, Cotton is at 2 pm instead of 10 am so I am rooting for that. Bigger pay check. Just hope we dont get skull drug by texas tech.

I would prefer Outback against a mediocre Big 10 team than the Cotton against Texas Tech for crying out loud.

I think the chicken sandwich bowl is New Year's Eve night. Sometimes they get an earlier kick, but I think I saw somewhere that the game is a 6:30 or 7:30 kick.

Outback would be a good bowl for LSU other than the kickoff time, because we would be matched up against a lesser Big 11 team in a New Year's Day bowl.

I am like the rest of you, wanting the chicken biscuit bowl because that is probably going to present the better matchup for our not-so-damn strong football team on ESPN.

When has LSU have ever settled or wanted to play an sub-par Big Ten or ACC school? If i recall we are the freaking defending national champions. I want to play the Texas' or Oklahoma's of the world in the cotton bowl. Also, has Les or LSU lost a bowl game in like the last 10 years? Give that coach and team a month to prepare for one of these one of these guys and watch out for it has worked for us in years past.

Is the Outback bowl is a New Year's day game? Not crazy about the Jan 2nd date of the Cotton.

.0005% chance we play in the Outback. Outback has first preference for an East Team, so an East team typically gets chosen.

We'll likely end up in Atlanta which is great by me

We should forget these mercy bowls and concentrate on not losing 4 games next year...

If Clemson somehow beats Sc, and LSU wins. LSU will go to the outback, SC to the Peach and Miss to the Cotton.

Possible, but I doubt it.

You seem a big LSU fan to live in Atlanta. Do you have ties here? I have family living in Martinez. My cousin is huge LSU fan. His neighbors hate him i was told.

At this point, I am simply hoping we can stay out of the Liberty or Music City Bowls...
