Pick up Likely or Everett?

Currently deciding between picking up and starting Likely or Taysom.
For you I guess I'd go Likely. Had Everett last year and he was frustrating. Plus too many targets with Mike Williams, Keenan, Quentin Johnston, and Ekeler to compete with.

Would Likely e a start over Dulcich? Had Dulcich as my backup but thinking about picking up Likely.
