I just got tix to the game and bought a parking pass from Vivid seats and it says that it will arrive "on time" tomorrow.

Has anyone ever bought a parking pass the day before the game? I am just wondering what time you received your parking pass on gameday?

I don't need it SUPER early because we have stuff to do with the kids in the morning but I am hoping it doesn't arrive at like 5:00pm.

Wouldn't that be entirely determined by your local FedEx/UPS driver? Don't think the site you purchased it on has anything to do with delivery times. You should probably call Vivid though if you don't already have a tracking # for the shipment.

Vivid guarantees that you get the pass “on time” but in my haste I didn’t realize that on time could be 5:30 pm which is too late

I recommend calling Vivid. "On time" to them doesn't mean the same thing to you or most fans that get out there several hours before the game.

I am currently chatting with Vivid support. They can only guarantee that it'll be shipped today. They can't tell me the arrival time until the seller gets it to UPS.

Crossing my fingers on this one.

Is there any way to get a photo of it? That might persuade the guard at the lot to let you in if the hard copy doesn't come in time. I know it's a long shot, but....

I don't have contact with the seller so I doubt it but I do have the confirmation email and I'd definitely give pleading with the guard a chance lol.

For what is is worth, I bought some for the national championship in New Orleans and the All State kickoff. The time for the lot was about an hour before kickoff so I just got a refund.

Meaning the lot didn't open until an hour before kickoff or you didn't receive the pass until an hour before kickoff?

I would think before 10am would make sense but that is just a wild guess.

A lot of factors to consider such as:

-Is the seller checking his e-mail today and seeing that the ticket sold? He should be, but who knows. Then he has to go to a UPS/FedEx store before close of business today.

-Does the seller live out of state?

-Does Vivid Seats have a mechanism where the shipping label for events happening the next day is changed to "Next Day Air" and/or "Delivery by 10am"? I've never used them but StubHub standard shipping is 2-day ground shipping. Idk what they do for sales happening the day before because I've never purchased one the day before that I knew wasn't a mobile ticket

-Does FedEx or UPS typically deliver to your home in the mornings or afternoons?

With all of these variables, don't be surprised if you don't get a pass in time. I personally wouldn't let it ruin my tailgating by waiting at my house until 5pm. Either way, you should be able to get a refund if it's not delivered before noon and you live in Louisiana.

I bought the pass within 10 minutes of it being listed. I know this because I was looking at a different pass but it sold before I could press purchase so I refreshed and this one (which was cheaper) popped up and it wasn't there before.

I would think he would check his email and get the pass to UPS on time considering he listed it today.
