Just made some it was very good. Anyone other recipes deer sausage would be better than hamburger meat?

Hot damn that sounds like some good eating. Might I suggest you substitute that damn fine sounding sausage in my favorite pasta. Caramelized onions and three color peppers with Penne (and usually sweet italian sausage). My god I can eat the whole bowl myself. You just really have to use a good amount of a quality olive oil and little bit of chickenstock.
