I Think A Leader Has Emerged For Next Year

"Obviously, Quinn was very instrumental in my season," Scott said. "I would not have sprung a lot of runs if it were not for him. He just goes in and devastates guy."
The Tigers will have no experienced fullback next season. Scott, who played a few snaps at fullback this season, wouldn't mind moving to that spot in 2009.
"Somebody will have to step up at fullback," Scott said. "It's just like somebody had to step up after Jacob Hester left. I wouldn't mind playing fullback. I like playing fullback. I like to put my hand in the dirt."
Those are words from Charles Scott on a new Rivals write up. Seems like an unselfish guy. And wants to win more than get rushing accolades

Scott rules. That's the kind of attitude we need on this team.

he did put his name out to see waht his draft status will be. If that is good, say bye bye.

Couldn't blame him for leaving, if he would go high enough, but I don't think he will.

That's a service the NFL provides that all juniors good enough should take advantage of.

Scott has the tools to be a leader.

People like a Jacob Hester are so important to a program. I mean he wasnt the most sought after recruit. But look at what he did with all the other God giving talent around him. And all that hard work and leadership is being passed down to players like C Scott now

I love Scott, but watching closely this season ... well, he ain't the swiftest or most elusive of runners. I wonder if long term he might not have a longer career as a FB (in the pros). I mean, at the least, he'd be a pretty punishing player at that position. Gotta love the man's attitude regardless.
