ETA: because the lady and partner in question are unlikable, it doesn’t make the situation fun, satirical, entertaining, etc. This situation was bad for all involved.

She’s obviously turning the steering wheel to the right pre-discharge. Annoying as the lady walking around barking is, I don’t see this maniacal attempt to run him down from the driver. Just don’t.

The statement at the end doesn’t help his position, pertinent or not.
