I love Tommy and he was instrumental in our championship last year…

But for us to make a run in these regionals we need “Omaha Tommy” or we don’t really have a chance. It is a shame he is in a mini slump right now. He has had some rough at bats the last 3-4 games. He has had several opportunities to drive some runs in last few games and took some bad ab’s imo. He seems to be pressing right now for some reason.
I hope he gets it figured out soon because we desperately need him.

He went 2-5 today. In the last 13 games, he's hit in 11 of them (17 hits total). We can't ask him to go 3 for __ every game. This team has many holes in the lineup. The 2 spot ain't one of them.

Agree with this totally. He's being held to an impossible standard, and he's pressing in his AB's as a result. No one can drive in 5 runs by themselves in every game.

His swing looks a little weird to me. Can't tell on balls he hits, but on his swings and misses. Like his follow through looks off and is taking weird, "loopy" path. Hard to explain. Just doesn't look right. Maybe he's dealing with something nagging. Or he could just be in a funk in a bad time.
Good thing is nothing that happened today matters. Nothing that happened yesterday matters. Nothing that's happened all year matters. Only thing that matters is 11 a.m. tomorrow against Wofford.

Agree. Just had some high-profiles misses lately. Good hitter. The final story is not written yet. He seems underwhelming when UNC's profile hitter delivers on cue without exception.

Well you’re not going to have a chance if it’s just Tommy other hitters have to come through Tommy is not taking good at bats he’s coming though ! Larson needs to come through he hasn’t here of late ! Jake brown had good at bats got robbed today ! I don’t think any pitcher can match us these next few games unless they play lights out just my opinion! Wofford might give us a game tomorrow if our guy on the mound does not deliver the same can be said about wofford!

they beat a team named Wofford by 1 point, and then loss to UNC. I wouldn't by tickets to Omaha just yet!
