How did he get a rifle past security?
Did he climb up with the rifle?
How did he climb up without being noticed?
Was the rifle already on the roof?
Was the sniper above him?
How could the snipers not see him with no cover?
He shoots 13 times and then they finally eliminate him?

The only question that really matters right now is why was the rooftop not secure? That's what I want the Secret Service to answer. That and that alone.
A rooftop with a 125 yard, unobstructed sight line to the former President of the United States of America.
Why was it not secure? Before they answer anything, they need to answer this.

I try not to find a boogie man under the bed but yesterday had to have been pre-arranged. Shooter aside, how do so many fail points occur all at once?
Have always told the children, If it doesn't make sense on the surface, pull back the curtain.
Security was nothing short of Swiss cheese with holes large enough to accommodate an 18 wheeler.
