Now they think that since O is on board, Chavis will back out. They just cannot fathom having both on the same staff.

\Say what you want about Les, but it seems he handled this coaching transition pretty well. Don't think he overlooked Chavis and O not getting along.

he's guaranteed 900K/yr for the next 2 yrs b/c of the OM contract...i.e., OM has to make up the diff bet his salary and 900K
