Found a recipe on the Kary’s website. Did not follow exactly, but riffed off of it.
Country style pork ribs
Onions, bell pepper, jalapeños
Rotel, canned whole tomatoes, tomato paste
Salt, Cumin, Chile powder, garlic powder, paprika
16oz jar of Jack miller’s bbq sauce plus a little more sweet baby rays.
About a cup of chicken stock.
Will serve over thin spaghetti.
Smells delicious. Smells like bbq. Will report back after dinner.

This was very good. Not as good as Sunday gravy, but a nice change of pace. A little sweet and definitely tangy. Topped with diced green onions and shredded cheddar.

I do this when I have some leftover pulled pork. I throw it in with spaghetti and some Head Country. Good eatin'.
