I hear you, Che Santa Fe parked at Beck & Bulow is really good, get bison and other onsite from B&B . The food truck at Big Jo True Value is upper tier but takes forever. Those guys at Santa Fe brewing are really good, wide array of food, that red sauce is incendiary. The Bruno's Pizza truck is top level for NY style pizza.
