Matt Mauck says you're wrong, look it up. He came back quicker than many people thought possible and I'm sure the medical care is much more advanced currently.

I have been to Jerome 3x, the sliding jail is cool. Last time I was there the Ray Nagin re-election sign was still on this POS house that I saw for the first time well over 15 years ago, I laughed my arse off. My dad made me drive him from Santa Fe to Prescott 2 years ago when he was visiting so he could see the square and other areas that Louis L'Amour and Zane Grey wrote about in their westerns, not my thing but he enjoyed it.
FBD picked up a suitcase of Springfest IPA from Sierra Nevada, damn good for reasonable price:

LSU would have beat them as is but just think about what the portal could have done for the LSU defense as well.
The first thing I would have done prior to when you put it back on the market is to get much better photo's of the interior house. There is a ton of glare and white out which would turn me off looking at it online. Are all the bedrooms upstairs? That would be a killer for me with 3 dogs and/or multiple little kids.
