If LSU beat Bama this year...

would FLA still be in the NC game? If LSU won that game, Bama would have been knocked down to #7 or #8. So when FLA beat them, they wouldn't have jumped up to #2 most likely.

I dont see them showing a rematch for the NC game. Same decision that happened in 2006. UF vs. OU regardless of our game.

Its not who would have moved ahead of them, they most likely would not have jumped ahead of the teams that were 3, 4, & 5.

I think the voters have been pretty clear that they do not want a regular season matchup if there is another team they can put in. And UF and Texas would still have had the same amount of losses but UF would have had 1 more win and be a conference (the SEC no less) champion.

I think they would. A win over a one-loss Bama in the SECCG would still have put them in imo.
