This is a Thai movie released under the Netflix imprint.
Brief synopsis: A young girl is scouted from a street vendor stall to train in the premiere kitchen under Thailand's top chef. Of course, the chef has his secrets.
Tonally and storywise, it feels like spiritual prequel to "The Menu".
If you like that kind of thing, I suggest checking it out.

There's a dubbed version. I watched the sub, so I can't tell you how good it is.

As I said, this kind of feels like a prequel. The story could easily describe how Julian reached the point he did.
