I'm not a huge LIV fan but my son and I like to watch Brysons YouTube channel so I took him for his 18th birthday to watch. I must say, the energy on the 1st tee shotgun start, thats the hole Bryson started on, was fun. The music playing throughout the course wasn't bad, I really didn't mind it.

The main players had people following but the majority of the holes were empty. The scoreboards were ok , it was hard to tell who was in the lead with the format, 2 singles and 1 alternate shot team.

I would go back and watch another one but not during the summer in Dallas, good grief it was hot, I knew it would be but it was definitely rough. We saw Cameron Smith, Sergio, DJ, Bryson, Rham was out with the flu. It didn't have the professional feel as the PGA tournaments I've been to with the shorts and music playing. Felt more like Bro buddy golf which wasn't terrible, just different.

Overall, we had a good time and I would try it again.

I’m taking my 5yr old son tomorrow, I think it’ll be a good first pro tournament for him to go to, not as stuffy as a PGA event.

I bought the tickets a month ago I didn’t think it was going to be so fricking hot this weekend, not looking forward to that.

You can buy a water and then there are water stations throughout the course you can fill up. Hole 7 by the green has some shade, not a whole lot of shade close to the holes out there especially around the middle part of the property. Go to the 1st tee, they had a section for little kids to get really close, just the kids though. It was definitely fun and different but the heat made it almost unbearable. Sounds like you know that going in so that's a plus.

Yea I’m going to have my wife and both our kids. I’m not really invested in who wins or anything like that, we are just going for the spectacle. I imagine we will stay for a few hours then bail once we are too hot

Update, great event to bring the kids to. I barely got to watch any golf because my kids were having so much fun at the kids zone with all the free games and things to do.

Food trucks, music, activities, felt more like I was at a festival than a golf tournament.

I didn’t walk the course much though because of my kids being young and the heat, for the small amount of time I was walking the course I was able to get really really close to the players. Like close enough to touch them, and there were hardly any Marshalls moving people around.

The shuttles to and from the course were super organized and efficient, that was a big plus. Overall a good experience, but like I said, I spent 80% of my time in the kids zone area
