Who was a better dancing pair?

Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers or Fred and Rita Hayworth?

Fred Astaire once said Ginger Rogers was his favorite dance partner. I would choose Rita Hayworth or even Eleanor Parker above Rogers.

As Astaire's dance partner, Eleanor Powell was leagues ahead of either Rogers or Hayworth.
Although I think it could be argued that Astaire's smooth style and Powell's athletic tap style didn't quite mesh together as well.
You can see them together in "Broadway Melody of 1940," which had the famous "Begin the Beguine" number.
I'm far from an expert on these matters, though. When it comes to dancers, I'm probably more keen on Mitzi Mayfair, who had such a high step that she'd konk herself on the head with her feet. Or actually, how about the Nicholas Brothers? Or the less remembered Condos Brothers? They were pretty amazing.
