Thinking about offering Etienne and Shaheed for James Conner. Thoughts?

How's your RB situation otherwise? James Conner is a good grab, but I'd be skeptical the other team would go for it.
I think Shaheed is a little bit past his "sell high" window, and Etienne looks very meh in that anemic Jaguars offense.
FWIW, I drafted Etienne right around ADP and he's sat on my bench for half the season in favor of Brob, Dobbins, or Mason depending on the week.
