Never been. I did hear Alton Brown as the commencement speaker at UGA. Best commencement address, by far, that I have ever heard. Just a great, and humorous, speech.

saw him in new Orleans 2 years back. It was a good show.

started talking about some thought and memoirs. moved on to some more skit style stuff. Had a big show piece about his chicken wing fryer he did on stage (it was a monstrous device that cooked couple hundred wings at a time).

id go again if he was around.

Me and my brother went 10 years ago the day of my Father's Funeral Services...we enjoyed it. It was a much needed distraction.

Just got my tickets for the Chicago show.

FYI: Most of the locations’ tickets went on sale this morning.

I was just wondering yesterday if he was touring still. glad you answered my question. Went about 9 years ago and had a great time.

Bump.

Went to the show last night and really enjoyed it. Quirky and lighthearted as Alton usually is. Felt as if it was a cooking-centric Monty Python skit.

Was always a fan of Good Eats growing up, so I’m glad I got the chance to see Alton Brown in person. I would recommend for a fun night out.

Joe Sasto from Top Chef randomly got chosen to go on stage last night, for those who know who that is.
