Trick 'r Treat - Question (Possible Spoiler)

The Steven character segment where his student stealing candy ends up being poisoned with Cyanide poison. We know that the candy stealer is beheaded when Steven and his son, Billy, go to carve the jack-o-lantern. Before that, Steven in in a hole burying another body that keeps moving. Who is this person or is it assumed it is another one of his students. Then finally when Steven meets his demise later at the hand of Laurie, what the hell happens to Billy because it seems he doesn't have a mother.

It’s one of the clown trick or treaters. You see them a couple times, once at Kreeg’s house (bus driver) when the dog scares them off.

Trick r Treat is the GOAT Halloween movie. I think its just presumed that Steven is a serial killer that does this often. I dont think it ever says who the other body is. Im sure if we ever get a sequel...when we inevitably get a sequel...Billy will be a main character

Watched this for the first time last night. Really enjoyed it.
One question is did Rhonda send the elevator back down unlocked so the schoolbus ghost kids could get back up and enact revenge on the bus driver?

but if Sam could have let them up whenever, why did it take them so long to get revenge on the bus driver?
