Other than corn, what kind of attractants (mineral blocks, deer cocaine, etc.) have you found that attract deer during the winter?

This isn't what you asked because this is meant for post-rut to until they start losing velvet but my grandpa would put out cottonseed at his ranch in the Hill Country and they would absolutely hammer that shite. I know it's not the easiest thing to deal with but it's high in protein, high in fat, & most other animals don't mess with it.

Here i thought most people quit using it after it was found to cause severe sterility in whitetails.
