Aragorn taking on the orcs "single-handedly and emerging victorious" is fake news. That didn't happen...he had lots of help with that from his warrior friends.
Now, I won't take away the badassness of him charging "for Frodo" and leading that charge. But let's not act like he was out there doing it all by himself.

But Aargon has destiny on his side. Basically awesome plot armor.
Since we’ll never get a real ending to GOT and the show is all we will ever have, we know any destiny talk about Jamie has been shite out the window and any plot armor he has is outweighed by his desire to plow his sister.

Pretty sure they were talking about the ending of TFOTR. He did a lot of that by himself.
