We’ve discussed it numerous times. It was a shitty loss. Had control of the game, and let it slip away. Focus on the last 4. Nothing is changing a loss from 2 months ago.

Because BK is honestly either clueless or checked out. No clue how you can be a football coach for 25 years and stare blankly while A&M has a glorified running back picking up 10 YPP against your defense over and over for an entire half without making a single adjustment. We got a bunch of Big Game Brian’s signature blank stares against USC too, it’s baffling

We do not need to play these out of conference games to start the season any longer. They are useless and do nothing to enhance our chances of making the playoff. The strength of schedule is BS. Look at teams like Penn St, Indiana, Ohio st. you lose one or two big games and beat up the scrubs and still stay highly ranked and will get in the 12 team playoff. Unlike the Big 10 and the ACC which have five or six bad teams we have probably two now (Miss St and Auburn). BTW answering the initial question Kelly sucks at opening games he just cannot get his teams ready.

Most of these threads turn into a “let’s shite on Brian Kelly thread”
The tune will change up, with a win next weekend, and a playoff appearance which is very well still on the table. We all would have taken a 7-1 SEC record before the season started. Worst part is the insufferable fans will never walk back their ridiculous statements.
