Yes. Yes she does. Now, if you remember, in 2022, a law was passed taking away any power the VP had to question the votes or the election in general. He or she is a ceremonial rubber stamp.

Yes, if I remember correctly, it was done right after Bidens inauguration. Kamala probably voted for it as President if the Senate.
