ACME has a really nice oysters rockefeller soup.

Mansur's always has a good soup. If you are looking for more casual, the shrimp & corn soup at The Chimes East is pretty good.

Pretty much just spinach artichoke dip with a fried oyster as a garnish.

I know it's a chain, but the broc and cheese at Jason's is great.
