My cousin in Baton Rouge called me today. He has to go out of town right before Christmas. Wants to buy enough Seafood Gumbo for around 40 folks. Any ideas? Thanks.

Just outside of BR but, Sno's has the best seafood gumbo I've ever had a restaurant.

Don's in Denham,/Gonzales is good as well.

Doesn't that catering guy Jambo here do large batches of gumbo?

I'll get downvotes, but Jambalaya Shop has decent gumbo and they sell it in large quantities for shipping.

That may be your quickest and easiest way on this one.

It's so inconsistent between locations, some it's really good and some it is god awful.
