I use a lot of Tasso in most of the meals I cook. I often cook a Shrimp and Tasso Alfredo Pasta. But I might try the Tasso Gravy with Shrimp!

After the 2023 Baseball National Championship game. Partied till 1:15 dropped off friends, after shower, got in bed at 2:30. Woke up at 7am, drove back to my house in Cypress, Tx. By myself it was 15 1/2 hours. Omaha to Cypress, Tx in 15 1/2 hours, not bad. I did party at Barrett's Barleycorn Pub & Grill, till about 1:15. I did drink a few Whiskey’s, most were taking shots!
I got 4 1/2 hours sleep, then headed South.
