In Blind Hearing Protection

I am looking to purchase some hearing protection without sacrificing hearing my surroundings while I’m in the blind. While I’m at the range, I find walker ear muffs amplifies your surroundings but they catch so much wind noise too. What are y’all using in the blind? What have y’all used and either moved away from or fell in love with?

3m eep-100
I got two sets of these for $100. I like them but wouldn't recommend at the MSRP. Too much money for what it is. But they work nicely in the blind.

Axil GS extreme 2.0 are great. They come with little foam pieces to cover the microphones and it helps a ton with wind noise. There’s no static noise and they allow me to hear my calling better than others I’ve tried. I can hear conversations easily in the blind, as well as the random gray duck gaggle from way high up.
Do not waste you’re money on the Xcor though, they have a weird static noise, no wind “filter” and it’s hard to hear conversations that aren’t right next to you when it’s in hearing protection mode. I also already made a warranty claim because they weren’t charging. I wish I would have bought them during duck season so I would have known to return them before the 30 days was up.

I have the regular/affordable Howard Leights. They do not have issues with wind. I used them this morning in what was likely 15-20mph wind without issue.

I have some Howard Leight impact ear muffs that I am a big fan of. They are bulky being ear muffs which makes hunting with challenging. I've killed 4 deer wearing them. Multiple times the ear muffs helped me locate the noise of a deer coming earlier than I would without them, and in one case last year I was able to discern the direction of where a doe fell in a thick cutover during the rain. There wasn't a blood trail, but we went in the direction I heard the deer fall and found her. Without hearing protection, my ears would've been ringing and I would not have heard the deer go down.
I'm trying out Axil Xcor Pro earbuds now because I want something less bulky that can be worn throughout a hunt. The jury is still out for me. I am not sure if I have figured out the earbuds completely. They are doing a great job as it relates to hearing protection and being less bulky, but they are not amplifying sounds nearby. They seem to do a good job of picking up distant noises like car traffic or a dog barking, but a squirrel walking in front of you is completely silent. I might be returning these if I can't figure out how to hear nearby noises while being ensured noise protection from shooting a gun.
