Hydrogen water

There appears to be independent peer reviewed studies that it is beneficial yet I can’t seem to find anything on the efficiency of the water bottles being sold to deliver the h2. Does anyone have legitimate sources citing specific water bottles delivering enough h2 to make it worth buying?

Admittedly I'm a novice on this subject but could someone explain what hydrogen water is when regular normal water already has 2 hydrogen molecules?

You're already seven grade levels past OP. Like the moronic alkaline water trend. What's the first thing this water hits when it gets to your stomach? Oh, acid. 
It reminds me of the trend in high school to get people to sign a petition banning the ultra dangerous dihydrogen monoxide which kills tens of thousands of people every year.

Same here.
I first heard of this a year ago when a friend (an RN) swore by the use of hydrogen water for all sorts of health benefits, increased energy, etc.
I looked into it a little, not thoroughly, and it seemed to me that the science just wasn't there.

I heard about hydrogen water the other day watching the Shawn Ryan Show when he was interviewing Gary Brecka. I haven't really looked into it though.
